Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Skellefteå, Sweden, to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical projects. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects.
• PMP certification and/or relevant Agile certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex projects.
• Develop and manage project charters, detailed schedules, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify and mitigate complex risks across the project lifecycle.
• Manage significant project budgets and track financial performance.
• Drive the application of project management best practices and methodologies.
