Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a proactive Junior HR Specialist to join the HR Operations team in Sweden, focusing on Time Management. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow, with exposure to Payroll and HR processes.

You will support time-related inquiries, process HR tickets, ensure data accuracy, and assist with period-end controls while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and other teams. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Payroll Admin, or a related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in HR Admin, Shared Services, Payroll, Customer Service, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers with time and attendance related inquiries.
• Process and resolve HR Time tickets received through service management tools.
• Assist with corrections and updates in time management systems.
• Monitor time-related transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll preparation activities by validating time data and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with period-end controls and reconciliation activities
• Prepare communications and user instructions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes.
