Job summary

Biotage, a Nordic international organization with a clear growth journey, seeks a Junior Group Business Controller to support the Chief of Staff and the Group Business Control team with financial analysis, reporting and decision-support materials.

You will work across planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic projects, turning data into insights that inform decisions, improve processes and help steer Biotage’s financial performance as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business partnering.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and planning tools.
• Support ERP, consolidation and BI system improvements.
• Prepare materials for Executive Leadership Team and Board.
