Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a Business Unit Controller to act as a trusted finance partner to the BU general manager and drive performance across the Nordic region. You will deliver transparency, forecasts, analyses, and KPI reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with country managers and local finance teams in an international matrix setup, fostering continuous improvement and harmonized reporting while ensuring internal controls and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles.
• Experience working within an international and matrix-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of BU Normstahl Crawford on financial and strategic matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting activities across multiple entities.
• Deliver management reports, financial analyses, business insights, and performance KPIs.
• Analyze monthly business results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Country Managers and local Finance teams in driving business performance.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support key decisions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, acquisitions, and restructuring projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of reporting processes and financial structures across the region.
• Ensure compliance with Group reporting standards, financial policies, and internal control requirements.
