Job summary

OSTTRA is seeking an entry‑level data analyst to turn raw data into critical insights that guide decisions across the organisation in Stockholm. You will work with Sales, Product Owners, and Senior Management, using Looker dashboards and our data stack (GCP, BigQuery, DBT, Airflow) to deliver robust data solutions.

You will learn quickly, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to data models and pipelines while leveraging AI‑assisted tools to improve analysis and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into data requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive and user‑friendly dashboards and reports in Looker.
• Iterate on and enhance existing reports based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Use DBT to transform, model, and test data within our data warehouse, preparing it for analysis.
• Contribute to Airflow managed data pipelines to ensure data is accurate and timely.
