Job summary

Lindex AS in Göteborgs kommun is looking for an Analytics Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in leveraging data insights to drive decision-making processes.

With a modern tech stack including DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, and Power BI, you'll be responsible for creating robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and supporting analytics tool adoption in a fast-paced retail environment.

To succeed, you should have experience in data & analytics, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and a willingness to grow in your role.

Your role in our team

As Analytics Engineer you are part of our Data & Analytics team. You will be a key player in our important work with data and insights at Lindex.

As we continue to build and develop our data community, we aim to leverage even more value and enable better decision‑making through our data platform, with DBT, Airflow, Snowflake and Power BI at the core. In this role you will lead the way, ensuring we have the right data in place — from data producers all the way through to your colleagues in our cross‑functional teams.

With your interest in data transformation, you will build robust pipelines and well‑structured data models. You will also deep‑dive into the platform, evaluate and take on new features and ensure that our adoption of analytics tools is supporting our needs of data and insights in the best possible way.

Is this you?

We believe you have some years of experience within the data & analytics field, with a relevant education as foundation. Our tech stack is modern and continuously under development. An interest in and understanding of the ever‑changing data & analytics landscape is key. If you have experience of or interest in moving between two or all different layers of data & analytics; from infrastructure through data modelling to front‑end development, that is a competence palette that we will cherish!

However, we are not only looking for what you already know but are just as curious about how we can grow together. For this role we see that you are fluent in Swedish and English. Other languages that will come in handy are, among others, SQL, Python, Power Query & DAX.
