Job summary

Novacura AB invites recent graduates to join as a Junior Business Application Developer in our Stockholm team. You will design and develop business applications using Novacura Flow, connect ERP systems with operational processes, and collaborate with customers to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

You will contribute in workshops, work closely with colleagues and customers, and have opportunities to grow into software development, project management or process consulting

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and database development.
• Basic knowledge in programming (C#, JavaScript, Python or similar).
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Interest in business applications, process digitalization and system integrations.

At Novacura, we're looking for a Junior Business Application Developer to help customers digitalize and streamline business processes using Novacura Flow - the platform that connects people, systems, and operations.

About theRole

Novacura Flow helps organizations bridge the gap between ERP systems and operational processes. By connecting people, systems and data, companies can streamline workflows, improve efficiency and gain greater flexibility in how they work.

As a Business Application Developer, you'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges and help transform business needs into practical digital solutions.

• Designing and developing business applications with Novacura Flow

• Integrating ERP systems with operational processes and workflows

• Collaborating with customers to understand business needs and challenges

• Advising customers on how to optimize and digitalize their processes

• Participating in workshops and implementation projects

In this role, you will work with some of our largest customers, both in Sweden and internationally, helping them improve and digitalize business-critical processes.

We are building and expanding our Stockholm team, offering a unique opportunity to join early, influence how we work, and grow together with the office. In February 2027, we will move into brand-new offices at Sankt Eriksgatan 46 in central Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A university degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge in SQL and database development.

• Basic knowledge in programming (C#, JavaScript, Python or similar).

• Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate new and complex challenges.

• Interest in business applications, process digitalization and system integrations

It is a plus but not required if you have experience working with or knowledge of:

• IFS or other business systems (ERP).

• Business application platforms, system integrations, workflow automation or low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform, Mendix, Appian or similar.

• HTML, CSS and REST.
