About The Role

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions? Do you thrive in finding innovative ways to solve complex challenges? As a Senior Business Systems Consultant at Novacura, you will be a trusted advisor, using your deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes to craft innovative solutions. You’ll lead key phases of Novacura projects, working across multiple industries and business areas such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Financials, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership as a Sub Project Manager, guiding your area of expertise to ensure project success and maximum customer satisfaction.


• Analyze, design, and implement solutions for major ERP functional areas, perfectly aligned with customer needs.


• Provide expert guidance and training to customers on best practices in the use of IFS and Novacura products.


• Actively support and mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise and contributing to the professional growth of the team.


• Specialize in two or more functional areas of ERP systems, working closely with other consultants to deliver integrated solutions.


• Take a proactive role in business process mapping, understanding customers' unique requirements, and advising them on how to optimize their operations.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.


• At least 5 years of proven experience related to ERP systems, preferable IFS Applications.


• Experience with implementation and/or support of business application software.


• Business process knowledge in one or several main process areas in IFS (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing, Service management, Supply chain management etc.).


• Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to communicate effectively with system developers and understand software development frameworks.


• Fluency in either Swedish or Norwegian and English.


• Ability to travel nationally and internationally when needed.
