Job summary

Novacura is seeking a curious Junior Business Application Developer to help customers digitalize and streamline processes using Novacura Flow. You will design and develop applications, connect ERP systems with operations, and work closely with customers to translate needs into practical digital solutions.

You will join a growing Stockholm team, with opportunities to evolve toward software development, project management, or process consulting as you grow.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and database development.
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, JavaScript, Python) or similar.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in business applications, process digitalization and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing business applications with Novacura Flow.
• Integrating ERP systems with operational processes and workflows.
• Collaborating with customers to understand business needs and challenges.
• Advising customers on how to optimize and digitalize their processes.
• Participating in workshops and implementation projects.
