Broadgate Asset Management AB, a real estate investment management firm, seeks an ambitious Junior Asset Manager to join the investment management team on diverse projects across our platforms. You will help set budgets, maintain tenant relations, contribute to ESG initiatives, and support leasing activities, investment calculations, and property development tasks.

• Previous work experience within the field is a requirement.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsabilités

• Involved in setting budgets with continuous follow up.
• Maintain relations with tenants and operating technical partners.
• Involved in Broadgate's ESG initiatives.
• Conduct market research for leasing and investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units.
• Perform cost analysis.
• Follow up on mandatory requirements.
• Draft and sign lease agreements.

Role Description

• Involved in setting budgets including continous follow up

• Perform market research for leasing, investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units
• Performing cost analysis
• Follow up on mandatory requirements
• Drafting and signing of lease agreements
• Involved in property development projects
