Job summary

Slättö Förvaltning AB is seeking an Investment Manager in Sweden to lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investments from origination to closing. You will drive strategic initiatives, contribute to market insights, and participate in Investment Committee processes.

You will operate independently, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and helping maximize returns during the holding period, including steering committees and oversight of investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate transactions, or a similar analytical environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage investment processes from initial analysis through execution.
• Experience in a strategic, business-oriented role where fund performance, balance sheet considerations, and financing have been central.
• A proactive and commercial mindset, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute real estate transactions, including business analysis, financial structuring, and strategic insight
• Contribute to investment decisions and strategic development through in-depth market analysis, identification of new segments and geographies, and generation of investment opportunities
• Prepare and present high-quality materials for the Investment Committee meetings, ensuring structured and efficient decision-making processes
• Lead operational steering committee during holding period

The Role

Asan Investment Manager, you will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, taking full ownership of transactions from origination to closing. You will drive strategic initiatives, contribute to market insights, and play an active role in Investment Committee processes.

You are expected tooperateindependently, managing complex workstreams and coordinating both internal and external stakeholders.

Beyond transactions, you willalso play a key role inmaximizing the investment returnbyleadingthesteering committeesoverseeing the investments duringtheholding period.

To succeed in this role, youlikely have:

5+years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate transactions, or a similar analytical environment
