Planacy is seeking a Product Owner for the Integration Platform in Stockholm to own our integration platform and connectors. You will collaborate with Product, Tech and Customer Success to turn needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding delivery with the development team.

You will drive an AI-first integration platform, reducing manual work and enabling autonomous delivery of integrations.

As we grow, we want to strengthen our Product team with a Product Owner for our Integration Platform. You will combine deep integration expertise, product ownership and a strong drive to explore what AI can do in this area.

Building the next generation of AI-first integrations

About the role

As Product Owner – Integration Platform, you will own Planacy's integration capabilities, including our connectors and the integration platform underneath them. Integrations are what connect Planacy to our customers' financial and operational systems, so they are a critical part of the value we deliver.

The role combines product ownership towards the development team with hands‑on responsibility for delivering and maintaining connectors. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Customer Success and partners to understand needs and opportunities. You then turn them into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and you stay close to the development team throughout delivery.

A key part of the role is driving the move towards a next‑generation, AI‑first integration platform. The goal is to keep reducing the manual effort needed to build, configure, troubleshoot and maintain integrations by using AI and automation. You will deliver integrations with the capabilities we have today, and you will also drive the product development that lets integrations be delivered more and more autonomously.

You will report to the CPO and be part of our Product team, working alongside several other Product Owners. You will become Planacy's go‑to expert on integrations.

At Planacy you will be able to:

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of Planacy's integration platform and connectors
• Deliver new connectors to financial and operational systems that are reliable, scalable, maintainable and easy to configure
• Own and prioritize the backlog within the integration area
• Translate needs from Product, Tech, Customer Success and partners into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team throughout delivery
• Drive the roadmap and continuous development of our integration capabilities
• Lead the development of a next‑generation integration platform that uses AI to steadily reduce manual effort
• Act as Planacy's internal integration expert and shape best practices for how integrations are designed and implemented

• Collaborative and delivery‑driven, able to bring stakeholders together and see initiatives through to completion
• Pragmatic in prioritization and problem solving
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Background/Skills

You probably have 5+ years of experience working with integrations and data flows, for example as an Integration Specialist, Integration Consultant, Data Engineer, BI Developer or in a similar technical role.

Whatever your background, you understand integration architecture well and enjoy working closely with developers. You also like turning business and customer needs into solutions that work in practice, and you have a strong interest in how AI can change the way integrations are built.

We believe you have one or several of:

• A strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, data flows, authentication, data mapping and transformation
• Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams
• The ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical and product requirements
• The ability to understand and challenge technical solutions and architecture
• Experience with integration platforms, iPaaS, data integration/ETL tools, ERP or business systems
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted tools in integration, software development or other technical workflows

Experience in a product role such as Product Owner is a plus but not required. So is experience designing reusable connectors and integration frameworks, working at a SaaS/B2B software company, or working with financial data and finance-system integrations. Most important is your integration expertise, your ability to take ownership and drive delivery, and your curiosity about how AI can reshape the way integrations are built.
