Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or related IT field recommended.
• Interest in IT support, infrastructure and technology.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networks.

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users and resolve issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and IT equipment.
• Support Windows environments and business applications.
• Assist with user accounts and access management.
