Job summary

TitanX Engine Cooling AB is seeking an IT Support Technician in Linköping to join the Group IT team. You will support end users, manage Windows environments, and contribute to IT projects across global locations.

Ideal candidates have IT/CS education, basic Windows knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. English fluency is required, and familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Linux, Citrix or VMware is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in IT, CS, or is related field.
• Interest in IT support, infrastructure and technology.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software and networks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users and help resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and business applications.
• Assist with user account administration and access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support the operation and maintenance of servers and infrastructure.
• Participate in IT projects, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and users to deliver effective IT solutions.
