Job summary

Telia Finance seeks an IT Service Manager to join our IT and Security function in Solna. You will bridge Business, IT, and external partners, driving service performance, resilience, and continual improvement for critical services used by Telia Finance customers.

The role focuses on reliable, compliant IT services aligned with business needs, including regulatory controls like DORA/ISO 27001. You will report to the Head of IT & Security and influence service delivery across the organization.

We're looking for an IT Service Manager to join us at Telia Finance.

I'm Erik Björk, Head of IT & Security, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, business-focused team dedicated to delivering secure, reliable, and resilient IT services that enable Telia Finance to succeed in a regulated environment.

Telia Finance, a subsidiary of Telia Company, is strengthening the area of IT Service Management and is now looking for an IT Service Manager to come and join us here on floor 15 in Telia Headquarters in Solna.

You will join a small, business-close IT and Security function where your work has direct impact on operational resilience, regulatory compliance and the quality of services used by Telia Finance customers.

As an IT Service Manager within Telia Finance, you will play a central role in ensuring that our IT services and applications are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Telia Finance is a regulated credit market company and a subsidiary of Telia Company, providing financial services to Telia’s B2B customers in the Nordics.

What you'll do

As an IT Service Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that our IT services and applications are reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Acting as the operational bridge between Business, IT, and external service providers, you will drive service performance, resilience, and continual improvement across a portfolio of critical services and applications.

• Lead the operational delivery and continual improvement of IT services supporting Accounting & Controlling and other business functions.
• Drive incident management, service restoration, service continuity, and operational resilience activities.
• Lead operational relationships with vendors and ensure service delivery against agreed SLAs.
• Monitor and improve service performance, availability, capacity, quality, and regulatory compliance, including DORA and ISO 27001 requirements.

What will help you thrive in this role

We're looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in an environment with increasing operational and regulatory demands.

• Proven experience in Service Management, Application Management, IT Operations, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, SLA management, application lifecycle management, and operational resilience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners while driving continual improvements.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is also beneficial if you have:

• An academic degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of DORA, ISO 27001, ICT risk management, security, and continuity controls.
• Experience supporting Accounting & Controlling processes, systems, or related IT services.
