Job summary

Voyado is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join the Internal IT team in Stockholm or Lund. You will shape the architecture and automation of Voyado's internal IT ecosystem, connecting systems, reducing manual work, and enabling scalable integrations.

You will own IAM provisioning, design seamless workflows using REST APIs and automation tools, and explore AI-enabled automation. This role blends hands-on engineering with collaboration across teams to simplify day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT operations, integrations, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM, particularly Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, Conditional Access, and automated provisioning.
• Experience designing and building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Workato, n8n, or similar tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or another relevant language.
• A good understanding of SaaS environments, system architecture, and how to build secure, scalable integrations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We are super excited to announce that Olivia Ivkovic is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our Internal IT team in Stockholm or Lund!

About the role

As our IT Operations Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the architecture and automation of Voyado's internal IT ecosystem. Today, parts of our IT environment rely on manual processes, standalone solutions, and integrations that have evolved organically over time. We want to change that. Your mission will be to connect the dots, understand how our systems interact, identify opportunities for improvement, and design scalable solutions that reduce complexity and manual work.

One important focus will be transforming our employee lifecycle management. Imagine an onboarding experience where everything from access permissions and system provisioning to device management happens automatically, with minimal manual intervention. That's the kind of experience we want you to help us build.

You'll also explore how automation and AI can support our own Internal IT operations, making processes more efficient, reliable, and scalable.

You'll join our IT Operations team, working alongside two other IT Operations Engineers, three IT Support Technicians, and an AI Platform Engineer. You'll collaborate closely with our Cloud Center of Excellence, Information Security, and system owners across Voyado to establish a common technical direction.

In this role, you will:
