About our team

As the IT Operations team member within the Digital Wealth Delivery domain, you will play a key role in a dedicated operations and support unit. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the bank’s IT infrastructure to improve customer experience, monitor system performance and work closely with the development teams.

Main responsibilities in this role

• Actively involved in day-to-day operations
• Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and implement solutions
• Support the team in maintaining applications and systems
• Provide hands-on technical skills to support project delivery, troubleshooting and optimisation
• Embrace mindset of continuous improvement, ensuring both technical excellence and efficient workflows
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and to enhance collaboration, automation, efficiency across the organization and deliver innovative solutions
• Initiating and driving application dependency and infrastructure upgrade/patching

Who you are

You are sharp of mind and always proactive in your actions and planning. You are experienced in communicating and collaborating with others and in supporting end users. You like to ensure our processes are fit-for-purpose and strive for simplicity in process re-engineering.

Your background and skills include

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration roles.
• Understanding of ITIL and DevOps principles and practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar.
• Tools such as Confluence, Jira.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Kubernetes.
• Basic awareness of AI and automation concepts and interest in learning how they can support IT operations, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with developers and other IT teams to support various initiatives and projects.
