Job summary

TVH Nordic AB is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor with strong technical knowledge to support our customers in Sweden. You will be the primary contact for current affairs, create offers and orders, and actively follow up with negotiations and promotions.

You will identify customer needs, provide technical advice, and promote our products while managing stock levels. The role requires fluent Swedish and good Norwegian and English, with a team-oriented mindset and strong follow-up and

Qualifications

• Relevant technical knowledge is a must (machine parts, mechanics, hydraulics).
• Experience in a customer-focused position is preferred.
• Fluent Swedish and good level of Norwegian and English.
• Team player who can work independently and has strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on current issues and needs.
• Create offers and orders, and follow up with negotiations and promotions.
• Register complaints and ensure thorough follow-up.
• Provide technical advice and identify customer needs to propose products.
• Manage stock levels and support regional actions and campaigns.
