Job summary

JEANERICA is a premium Swedish denim house. We are seeking an Intern Production Assistant to join our team in Stockholm this winter/spring. The internship runs for a minimum of 3 months with compensation of 5,000 SEK per month.

You will report to our Project Manager and collaborate across creative, marketing and e-commerce teams to support production needs for photo/video shoots, print and packaging, and broader brand activities.

Qualifications

• Studying or experience in production management.
• Interest in fashion industry from a marketing production perspective.
• Self-driven with initiative and work ethic.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of photo and video productions from pre-production to wrap.
• Assist in print and packaging production from sourcing to final delivery.
• Coordinate timelines and logistics across multiple ongoing projects.
• Help prepare call sheets, production schedules and budget overviews.
• Support on-set during shoots with practical and organisational tasks.
• Assist in freelancer communication to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Contribute to maintaining a structured production workflow across the team.
• Take ownership of smaller production tasks independently as the internship progresses.

JEANERICA is a premium Swedish denim house currently in an expansion phase. We are looking for an Intern Production Assistant to join our team in Stockholm this winter/spring.

This is an opportunity to be a part of our creative team and to gain hands-on experience in the production side of a growing premium brand. You will report to our Project Manager while collaborating cross-functionally with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams. Your role will require being responsible, structured and driven. Our pace is high and the role requires agility to support a wide variety of production needs across photo and video shoots, print and packaging, and broader brand and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of photo and video productions from pre-production to wrap
• Assist in print and packaging production, from sourcing and sampling to final delivery
• Coordinate timelines and logistics across multiple ongoing projects
• Help prepare call sheets, production schedules and budget overviews
• Support on-set during shoots with practical and organisational tasks
• Assist in freelancer communication to keep projects moving smoothly
• Contribute to maintaining a structured production workflow across the team
• Take ownership of smaller production tasks independently as the internship progresses

Qualifications

• Currently studying project or production management, or has previous experience working with production management
• A genuine eagerness to learn how the fashion industry works from a marketing production perspective
• Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to put in the work
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

Practical Information

The internship is based at our office in Stockholm and runs for a minimum of 3 months, starting January 2027. Compensation is 5,000 SEK per month and is intended to be combined with studies or as part of an educational programme.
