Job summary

TRATON Group R&D in Sweden is seeking an Information Risk and Compliance Officer to lead internal audits, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and develop compliance frameworks in liaison with regulators.

You will assess risks, investigate incidents, and interpret laws in light of operations, guiding governance while aligning stakeholders and shaping the roadmap across automotive brands.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience (e.g., Product Manager, PO, or Team Lead).
• Hands-on cybersecurity, information security, or physical security experience.
• Structured and communicative working style; able to balance business goals and technical constraints.
• Ability to align stakeholders around a clear product vision and delivery roadmap.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a bonus.
• Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC or similar are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PO and stakeholders to drive communications and improve processes.
• Outline areas of responsibility and contribute to strategies and processes.
• Support day-to-day operations of the monitoring and incident response functions.
• Evaluate and guide future developments based on usage and impact.
