Job summary

IT Works Recruitment Europe is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Sales Specialist to join our team in Helsingborg, helping drive the Infor M3 Cloud implementation and bridge commercial, sales, and IT functions. You will translate business requirements into M3 solutions, support testing, and help the organisation adopt new ways of working to improve the customer journey and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Infor M3, preferably in sales, order management, manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes and ERP implementations.
• Ability to translate commercial requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Infor M3 Cloud across sales and commercial functions.
• Analyse sales processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into effective Infor M3 solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams, process owners, IT and implementation partners.
• Support order management, pricing, customer information and order fulfilment processes.
• Ensure sales processes integrate with logistics, inventory, production and finance.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify gaps, investigate issues and coordinate solutions.
• Contribute to KPIs, reporting, and improvements to sales visibility.
