Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project leadership in manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects in cross-functional/matrix organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and execution strategies.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resources, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, product development and operations.
