Job summary

Perido is looking for a Project Manager Operations to join our client, a major automotive industry player, based in Köping, Sweden. You will lead several complex projects within an industrial manufacturing environment, coordinating across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, and product development.

You will drive execution by building structure, managing risks, aligning stakeholders, and delivering on plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving execution through others.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex projects in parallel.
• Establish project plans, milestones, governance structures, and follow-up processes.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across local and global organizations.
• Drive decision-making and ensure agreed actions are implemented according to plan.
• Prepare project status reports, recommendations, and decision material for management.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure continuous project progress.
• Contribute to the development of project management methods, processes, and ways of working.
