Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-to-day site execution on a major industrial construction project. You will drive activities across the assigned area, coordinate EPCM teams, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong on-site presence, and excellent communication to resolve issues, manage lookahead planning, and maintain quality and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in large-scale industrial projects with steel infrastructures.
• Strong site execution and construction coordination experience.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple work fronts.
• Solid understanding of construction planning and sequencing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily construction activities across your assigned area.
• Coordinate EPCM teams and contractors.
• Manage 3–6 week lookahead planning and work readiness.
• Monitor progress, quality and HSE compliance.
• Resolve site issues, clashes and productivity barriers.
• Participate in site walkdowns, coordination meetings and SIMOPS planning.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks and upcoming requirements.
