Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law (LLM) and solid legal foundation.
• Experience from a renowned law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong governance, corporate finance and commercial contracts exposure.

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to key stakeholders.
• Drive corporate processes, entity management and board matters.
