0TO9 Ab in Stockholm is seeking a proactive corporate lawyer to serve as the legal and administrative backbone of an international tech group. You will manage corporate governance, documentation, and compliance across entities, enabling fast-moving teams to operate with order.

You should bring 3–5 years in corporate law, strong English, and comfort with multi-jurisdiction environments. Swedish language is a bonus; this role offers hybrid work from our Stockholm office and genuine ownership of

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, legal administration, or corporate governance.
• Experience in international environments with multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Structured, proactive, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate documentation and governance across the group's legal entities.
• Coordinate compliance processes and regulatory obligations.
• Support leadership on contract reviews, NDAs, and commercial frameworks.
• Manage administrative processes related to corporate structure and ownership.
• Build and maintain searchable systems for legal documentation.
