SKF is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join Corporate Legal at its Gothenburg headquarters. You will lead selected matters with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and deliver practical solutions on strategic and business-critical initiatives across SKF’s global organisation.

The role spans governance, M&A, commercial contracting, IT, innovation, litigation and corporate finance, offering broad autonomy and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law (LLM).
• Extensive experience at a top law firm or international company.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate legal analysis into practical options.
• Experience in commercial contracts or transactions.
• Willingness to work across cultures and functions.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of agreements.
• Advise senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Compliance and other functions.
• Support M&A, governance and strategic initiatives.
• Manage litigation and claims-related matters as needed.
• Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice and risk management.
• Collaborate with SKF’s global colleagues and business leaders.
