Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable corporate lawyer to support governance, board materials, and commercial agreements across Sweden and selected international jurisdictions.

You will provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to business teams, help maintain compliance, and contribute to integrity frameworks within the group.

Qualifications

• Swedish LL.M. degree or-equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm and/or in-house role.
• Strong interest in corporate law, governance, and listed company environments.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate legal processes such as board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation.
• Support company law matters in Sweden and selected international jurisdictions, plus listed company requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to business teams and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to the Group’s compliance and integrity framework, including internal policies and governance initiatives.
