Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stockholm is seeking a .NET Tech Lead to join a mid-sized public-sector tech team. This hands-on leadership role balances coding with shaping the technical roadmap across 1–2 development squads.

You will apply .NET and Azure expertise to design cohesive MACH-oriented architectures, drive microservices, and mentor developers while collaborating with architects and stakeholders. Swedish fluency is required; visa support is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tech Lead or senior technical leader.
• Hands-on .NET development experience.
• Strong Azure expertise.
• Experience with microservices and architecture guidance.
• Interest or experience in AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across 1–2 development teams.
• Hands-on development with .NET and Azure and contribute to solutions.
• Guide the technical direction and roadmap for ongoing and new initiatives.
