Job summary

TF Bank AB, in collaboration with Avarda, is seeking a Tech Lead to guide backend design and development of a state-of-the-art platform for payments. You will shape architecture, drive scalability, and own critical backend services across microservices in a distributed setup.

We work with .NET Core on Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; you will mentor engineers, oversee deployments, and collaborate with teams in Borås and beyond, with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software engineering with C# and Azure.
• Senior/lead/architect experience; ideally Tech Lead.
• Experience with transaction-intensive systems and agile development.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and design microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of microservices and their architecture using .NET Core.
• Drive cloud-based solution design and ensure scalable, robust services on Azure.
• Oversee CI/CD with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Pipelines.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Implement and improve logging/observability with OpenTelemetry.
• Mentor engineers across seniorities and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate across distributed teams to align on strategy and best practices.
