Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Tech Lead in Sweden to guide modern software development within a major digital transformation. You will balance hands-on engineering with leadership, mentoring, and strategic decision-making, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and securely.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and project teams to drive technical excellence, standards, and best practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Lead.
• Experience leading development work and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern software delivery and agile practices.
• Excellent collaboration with architects, UX, testers, and project managers.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Experience with API development and integrations.
• Coaching and mentoring developers.
• Ownership of technical decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical activities across development teams.
• Create clarity around priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Mentor and guide developers with technical guidance.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and engineering best practices.
