Job summary

If Insurance is seeking an IAM Success Manager to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement across IAM services and products. You will work with stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects, and end users across the organization.

The role blends elements of product management, service management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement, ensuring IAM delivers value and is understood by users.

• Experience in security, digital identity, and modern technology.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management including non-human identities (service accounts, applications, AI agents).

About The Role

As an IAM Success Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects, and end users across the organization.

The role combines elements of product management, service management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement. You will contribute to ensuring that IAM services deliver value, are understood by their users, and continue to evolve based on business needs and feedback.

You will help connect business and technology perspectives, support adoption of IAM capabilities, contribute to communication and awareness activities, and participate in shaping the future direction of identity-related services for human and non-human identities.

Additional Facts And The Recruitment Process
