As a Project Manager - Fire Alarm Systems, you will lead and deliver technical projects related to fire detection and fire alarm systems within Scania's industrial facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to applicable regulations and quality standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities, you will contribute to creating safe and reliable production environments while supporting Scania's continuous development.
We are searching for a proactive and structured project manager with experience in fire alarm systems and technical project delivery.
You have previous experience in project management, engineering, or system design within fire detection, fire alarm systems, or building safety systems. Knowledge of electrical engineering and contract management is considered an advantage.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have strong planning and organizational skills. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are confident building long‑term relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and enjoy solving technical challenges while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Experience as a Construction Work Environment Coordinator (BAS-P/BAS-U) or equivalent is considered an advantage.
A university degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is highly valued.
