Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team across our U.S. facilities.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, IT, Facilities, and payroll to deliver a positive employee experience, generate data-driven insights, and help build an inclusive, compliant workplace.

The HR Coordinator will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience by coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, providing day-to-day administrative support, and contributing to special HR projects and initiatives.
