As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across our Northern Europe market, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, providing both strategic and operational HR support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational change, and workforce planning while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business objectives.
This is a broad and hands-on HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, HR operations, people analytics, and regional HR projects. You will work closely with managers and employees to deliver practical HR solutions while supporting local and global HR initiatives.
This role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland. Depending on the location, the successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English, both written and spoken. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive Northern Europe HR team that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
