As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across our Northern Europe market, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, providing both strategic and operational HR support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational change, and workforce planning while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business objectives.

This is a broad and hands-on HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, organisational development, HR operations, people analytics, and regional HR projects. You will work closely with managers and employees to deliver practical HR solutions while supporting local and global HR initiatives.

This role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland. Depending on the location, the successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English, both written and spoken. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive Northern Europe HR team that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers and business leaders on a broad range of HR matters
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational changes, and workforce planning
  • Support leaders in making effective people decisions aligned with business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Northern Europe region
  • Advise on local employment legislation, HR policies, and employee relations matters
  • Support employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and career development initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding
  • Support the implementation of local and global HR initiatives and processes
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making
  • Support integration activities and HR projects across the Northern Europe market
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and ways of working
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the region
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role such as HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations and people-related matters
  • Knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience working with HR systems, HR data, and reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across different levels of an organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in the local language (Swedish or Finnish, depending on location) and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
