Job summary

Qliro Group in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on HubSpot and marketing automation specialist to join the Merchant Experience team. You will optimize the commercial engine by building flows, trainings, and campaigns that support sales and onboarding.

With 3–5+ years in a cross-functional role in fintech/SaaS, you’ll diagnose bottlenecks, coordinate across product, sales and marketing, and help merchants understand why Qliro is the right choice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
• 3–5+ years in a cross-functional role spanning product, sales and/or marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Focus on our commercial agenda and identify bottlenecks in deals and onboarding.
• Own HubSpot as our commercial engine: build flows, sequences and campaigns.
• Design and run training for the Sales team to close knowledge gaps.
• Research the competitive landscape and translate it into sales-ready material.
• Move sign rate, onboarding rate, product adoption, and churn as key metrics.
