Job summary

Avincis Aviation Sweden AB is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environment and quality in Sweden. You will work with managers and staff to ensure compliance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will promote a strong safety culture, oversee audits, training and reporting, and ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 alignment. Aviation context preferred; Swedish and English skills required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental Management.
• Minimum 4 years in an HSE/HSEQ role.
• Good knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation.
• Experience with ISO management systems (ISO 9001/14001) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture across the organization.
• Provide expert HSEQ advice to managers and staff.
• Conduct risk assessments and support risk management.
• Monitor safety, quality and environmental performance via KPIs.
• Lead investigations of incidents and non-conformities.
• Plan and participate in internal audits and inspections.
• Maintain and improve quality and environmental management systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, company requirements and ISO standards.
• Deliver HSEQ training and awareness initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
