Zusammenfassung

Perido is seeking an IT Business & System Analyst to support HR systems, data, and reporting within the R&D organization. The role translates HR requirements into reliable system and reporting solutions, ensuring high data quality and standardized processes. Hybrid work includes 2–3 days in the office weekly.

The candidate should hold a university degree in a relevant field, have experience with SAP HR analytics, SQL and Excel, and communicate well in English. Swedish language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
• Experience or good knowledge within Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, HR IT or Enterprise Reporting.
• Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics solutions, for example SuccessFactors, Datasphere or SAC, or equivalent systems.
• Good skills in SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data quality and business analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and data, preferably within an HR environment.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Manage and validate HR data, ensuring quality, consistency, and transparency.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards based on business needs.
• Translate HR requirements into functional system and reporting solutions.
• Support testing, releases, and enhancements of HR systems and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Provide functional support, documentation, and guidance to HR users.
• Work independently within clearly defined areas of responsibility, analyze data and system-related issues, and propose practical solutions.
