Job summary

Sulzer Sweden is seeking an HR Manager to lead the transformation of HR foundations, harmonize practices, and create a modern, compliant HR function supporting approximately 300 employees.

You will assess the current HR landscape, standardize processes, digitize payroll, and build a data-driven HR function with measurable impact. You will ensure compliance with Swedish labour law and partner with business leaders through change.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of HR experience with strong understanding of Swedish labour law, employee relations, and benefits.
• Hands-on in managing compliance cases in a multinational environment is an asset.
• IT competency with varied ERP, payroll, and other digital tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current HR landscape and identify compliance, process, and governance gaps.
• Simplify, standardize and digitize HR processes, including modernization of payroll.
• Build a data-driven HR function with measurable business impact.
• Build capability for the future and support the organization through change.
• Ensure full compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team.
