Job summary

Sinch is seeking an HR Business Solution Architect to translate business needs into HR process design and Oracle HCM best practices. You will develop and deliver scalable solutions that align with short‑ and long‑term goals, balancing strategy with architecture.

With 3+ years in Oracle HCM Solution Architecture and 5+ years in global HR solutions, you will oversee high‑level architecture and drive initiatives from conception through execution within a global HRIT context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Oracle HCM Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years working with global HR solutions.
• 7+ years in HRIT and/or HR solution architecture space.

Responsibilities

• Establish Solution Architecture for initiatives.
• Understand and execute upon: Enterprise & Domain Architecture; Initiative needs & goals; Architecture Principles.
• Develop and maintain: high level architecture (Business, Information, Technical); co-ordination with development & execution; design patterns.
• Support & assist with: screening & planning of initiatives; development & execution; planning of project activities; managing technical debt.

About the role

As an HR Business Solution Architect, you are expected to be familiar with HR global best practices, translate business needs into process design and business logic, and advocate for Oracle HCM best practices. You will be accountable for developing and delivering solutions based on each initiative’s needs, combining strategy with architecture to ensure alignment with short‑ and long‑term goals.

  Guesstimates & estimates for solution proposals

• Support & assist with:
  Screening & Planning of initiatives
  Development & Execution of initiatives
  Planning of project activities
  Managing technical debt

About You

• 3+ years in Oracle HCM Solution Architecture
• 5+ years working with global HR solutions
• 7+ years in HRIT and/or HR solution architecture space

Applicants Must

• Hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship
• Have a valid Swedish work permit

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is between 65 k to 80 k SEK per month, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
