Job summary

Telia Company is seeking a Solution Architect to play a vital role in driving the solution design process throughout the sales cycle. The successful candidate will lead design for complex Hybrid IT and Cloud opportunities and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal applicant will have proven experience in solution design, especially in IT and outsourcing environments, as well as strong knowledge of datacenter technologies and cloud environments. Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join us at Telia Cygate.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will take a central position in our business, owning and driving the solution design process across the entire sales cycle.

• Lead solution design for complex Hybrid IT & Cloud opportunities, from early dialogue to final proposal
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, customer teams, and delivery organization to understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions
• Coordinate input from multiple technical domains to ensure a cohesive and high‑quality solution
• Support tender and proposal work, including cost calculations and quality assurance of the solution
• Continuously contribute to the development of our offering through market insights and advisory

You combine strong business understanding with technical expertise and enjoy working in complex environments where structure and clarity are key.

• Proven experience working with solution design in complex IT business or outsourcing environments
• Strong knowledge within datacenter technologies such as backup, storage, recovery, and related infrastructure services
• Experience with public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments, and how these translate into customer value
• Ability to lead and coordinate solution design in strategic deals and tenders
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English
