You will blend hands-on reporting with developing analytics solutions to enable data-driven decisions across the group, with structured development and mentoring, including a 3-month international secondment to another region.

You will deliver high‑quality HR reports, partner with HR stakeholders, and support end‑to‑end HR analytics initiatives using Power BI,

Qualifications

• Recently completed degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or HR background with interest in data and reporting.
• Hands-on exposure to data analysis through studies, internships, or projects; eager to develop skills in BI and HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear specs for IT/tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality HR reports aligned with Group standards, providing timely insights for decisions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into specifications for IT/tech teams.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of HR report development from design to testing and deployment.
• Contribute to HR analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, SuccessFactors.
• Drive data quality and accessibility of global HR reporting landscape.
