Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Sweden is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join the EMEIA Head Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role offers agile working arrangements, with a base in Stockholm or Malmö, and is focused on supporting HR across the EMEIA region.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations EMEIA, you will partner with managers, manage recruitment campaigns, contribute to compensation and benefits activities, and help drive HR analytics and SAP

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Significant relevant working experience in an HR advisory role.
• Good working knowledge of Swedish employment law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in a complex international environment is highly regarded.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Provide a generalist HR advisory service to employees and managers across the EMEIA division.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to address issues and implement effective solutions.
• Produce contractual documentation, including offer letters and variations.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and support the employee lifecycle end to end.
• Support annual HR activities such as pay reviews and performance processes.
• Monitor HR metrics to support decision making and reporting.
• Assist with HRIS improvements and SAP SuccessFactors adoption.
• Support EMEIA projects and development programmes.
