Job summary

IKEA Älmhult seeks a Housekeeping Leader to coordinate operations with an external partner, ensuring high quality and service standards. You will work closely with reception and hotel colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience and help shape housekeeping routines for the new IKEA Hotell planned for 2028.

As the role develops, you will contribute to quality improvements, operational efficiency and stronger collaboration across teams, while supporting preparations for the 2028 hotel concept

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, leading or developing service operations in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Ability to drive performance and quality through external service partners.
• Capability to establish routines, follow up on quality and push for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up housekeeping operations with our external partner, ensuring quality and performance.
• Build strong partnerships with external service providers through clear expectations and regular follow-up.
• Develop routines and standards that support efficient and reliable daily operations.
• Collaborate with Reception and other hotel colleagues to create a seamless guest experience.
• Identify and implement improvements that strengthen guest satisfaction and business performance.
• Contribute to future housekeeping concepts and standards for the 2028 IKEA Hotell.
