Scandic Go is hiring a Host Lead in Housekeeping to ensure guests have a superb experience. You’ll lead the housekeeping crew, assign tasks, check quality and safety, and collaborate with the Operations Manager on schedules and staffing.

The role covers both Housekeeping and Lounge shifts, including evenings and weekends. You’ll welcome new hires, help with ordering supplies, and uphold Scandic’s safety and food handling rules. fluent in Swedish and English.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Shift Leader or supervisor in hospitality.
• Strong scheduling and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on team player who can adapt to various tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle weekly and daily schedule adjustments.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor completion.
• Welcome new hires and train them in the Scandic way.
• Assist with ordering supplies and check deliveries.
• Support the Operations Manager with daily tasks and questions, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
