Scandic Hotels Group is hiring a Host Lead for Scandic Go, a fresh, urban hotel concept. You’ll lead on-shift teams, ensure a smooth guest experience, and coordinate with the Hospitality Manager on schedules and staff needs.

You’ll welcome new hires, assist with purchasing and delivery checks, enforce safety and food‑handling rules, and be the heart of Scandic Go—friendly, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping guests welcome.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Host Lead, you’re responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience. On your shift you manage the team, assign tasks, and verify that they are completed safely, correctly, and with quality. You work closely with the Hospitality Manager to plan schedules and staff needs.

You assist with welcoming new hires, support the Hospitality Manager with purchasing and delivery checks, and enforce safety and food‑handling rules.

You are a jack of all trades, ready to jump in wherever needed. Friendly, flexible, and fun, you are the heart of Scandic Go.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks while making guests feel welcome. Strong communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English (other languages a plus). You should be a responsive and prestige‑free team player who is reliable and cares about the quality of your work and the overall outcome.

About the position

You will work on different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Your supervisor will be the Hospitality Manager.
