Silver Resort is seeking a receptionist to join the front office team at one of our hotels, either Silverhatten or Kraja. You will coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Silver Resort’s standards.

You are service-minded, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel reception experience and fluency in English are required; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in guest service or similar roles.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out
• Providing guest service and information
• Handling complaints and problem-solving
• Cooperating with other departments
• Billing and administrative tasks
