Job summary

A leading engineering firm is expanding into Gothenburg, Sweden, and seeks professionals skilled in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems. You will coordinate integration processes and optimize automation environments, while collaborating with global teams to ensure effective validation setups. Ideal candidates have experience with HIL modeling, MATLAB, dSPACE, and strong knowledge of automotive systems. This position requires on-site collaboration and valid work authorization in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience with HIL modeling and automation environments within automotive or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Automotive Ethernet, CAN, and Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software verification, and test automation frameworks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Structured, proactive, and analytical working style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the integration of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, ensuring efficient setup and functionality across development stages.
• Maintain and optimize test benches and automation environments to support validation activities.
• Coordinate global teams for software and hardware integration and testing.
• Support the development of validation setups using MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Python, and related tools.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, software developers, and validation teams to ensure seamless workflow and data consistency.
