Job summary

GlobalLogic Sweden is glad to invite Verification and Validation Engineers to an Automotive project in Gothenburg, Sweden. This job posting is a proactive search effort where we hope to be able to match you to a fitting assignment later on, as we continuously receive similar opportunities.

Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's or master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive or similar.
• You hold a Swedish or European Driving license B.
• Experience running automated test on HIL rigs.
• You have experience in designing and executing Automotive test scenarios.
• Experience working with low level communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Vector tools like CANoe, CANalyzer and Elektra.
• Python scripting for log analysis.
• Flashing and fault tracing in the vehicle.
• Knowledge of the verification tool chain.
• Must be able to work full time onsite in Gothenburg, Torslanda area.

Meritorious

• Matlab Simulink.
• Programming skills in Python, C/C++/CAPL.
• Experience in ISO262262 - Fusa concepts.
• Experience with creating & maintaining automated tests using Pytest.
• Experience testing in automotive infotainment.
• Automotive industry knowledge with bus communication experience.

Job responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated black box tests for automotive embedded software using Vector environment.
• Perform system fault tracing together with different knowledge groups and extend and improve existing CI/CD infrastructure owned by team.
• Participate in the requirement creation process ensuring that the requirements are testable.
• Support the different work groups & stakeholders with joining the test sessions on the rig/boxcar/vehicles.
• Work in a highly empowered agile team that is responsible for creating everything from requirements and software architecture to deployment and test.
