Based in one of our European office locations, you will center HiBob in our People tech ecosystem, ensuring scalable workflows and integrations with IT and business groups.

You will focus on systems, configurations, and automations rather than admin tasks, working with vendors and internal teams to standardize processes while

Competenze

• Experience configuring HiBob workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Strong HR technology understanding and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Nice to have: Jira, Atlassian, automation tools and APIs.

Mansioni

• Gather requirements from People, IT and business stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Configure, test and roll out changes in HiBob and connected tools.
• Review existing setups and simplify complex areas.
• Build and monitor automations and integrations.
